Most PGs operate in the budget category whose residents don't mind a "one size fits all" menu. Our core offering is a good accommodation and a hassle-free living. Our target market is a niche crowd who prefer a clean place to stay and are very particular about what they eat and when they eat. Hence, we adopt a different approach.

1. We operate a self-cooking kitchen where residents can cook their own food.
2. We operate another kitchen with a cook-on-hire service where a cook comes to the PG and prepares fresh meals, 3 times a day. Residents can engage the cook for their needs and will bear the service charges for the cook along with the cost of their groceries..

Moreover, food has been democratized with Zomato, Swiggy & other subscription services. Today, people are spoilt with choice. So we give them choice. Thus we give our residents various options to choose from.

Yes. 

When you move-out, we do levy property maintenance, re-painting & deep cleaning charges which are essential in the upkeep of the rooms and the amenities. Charges vary from time to time depending on market rates for material & labour. Please inquire about the same at the time of signing the agreement.

We have a RFID based secure access system. Each residents is provided an RFID access card. So technically, they can enter or exit the premises whenever they want to.

No.

Any room can be opted by anybody. However, we do not force accommodation of residents of opposite genders in the same room.

Once you clear all dues, you will receive 100% of  your Security Deposit on the same day you move-out. May be a day earlier but never a day later. 

Yes. From time to time, we do offer Early Booking Discounts.
