To prevent misuse of the service by the residents
To enable the staff to deliver their duties without any interference
Housekeeping Rules
Housekeeping service is provided by Urban Spaces to all the residents and it is inclusive of the monthly User Fee. The Housekeeping services will be provided from Monday to Saturday (a week) except on public holidays. The scope of housekeeping shall be as follows.
Clearing the trash (6 days a week)
Sweeping and mopping the floor in the rooms (6 days a week)
Cleaning the bathroom (2 times a week)
Windows and window panes (Twice a month)
Dusting the curtains, windows & furniture (once a week)
Dishwashing in the kitchen (6 days a week)
Cleaning the Fridge (On request, Chargeable at 250 per request)
Further, on request from the resident, management can provide Housekeeping Service, subject to availability. The resident shall pay an amount of 250/- per request.
Please note that the housekeeping staff has a spare key for your room for housekeeping purposes, in case you aren’t in your room. So, kindly secure your valuables in your cupboards before you leave your room.
The housekeeping staff are employed by management and hence work under the direct supervision of the management. Kindly avoid giving any direct instructions to them as far as their work is concerned. Any issues/complaints should be brought to the management’s notice who will look into it and resolve the same in an appropriate manner.
Kindly avoid giving any money/gifts or benefits in any form to the housekeeping staff that may prejudice or influence their behaviour towards you. Any such contributions need to be through the management to maintain the respective hierarchy and order.
