Secure Access System

Sun Residency offers its residents safety and security from intruders in the form of a secure access system. 

While the main gate is open 24/7, access to inside the premises is only through an intermediate glass door equipped with RFID based access system. Each resident is given an access card to gain entry into the premises. That way no one else, other than residents, can enter the premises. With this provision, it allows us not to place any restriction on our residents for entry and exit times.

For security reasons, no deliveries are allowed into the premises. Residents are expected to collect their deliveries personally. In their absence, the resident can request a friend to collect their deliveries on their behalf or ask the delivery person to leave it on the table outside the access door so that they collect it later when they return.
