Our doors are open 24/7. Either the building manager or one of the staff members will assist you to provide you access into our building and facilitate your move-in.

Due to poor ground water levels, we rely heavily on water tankers for our building. Despite of our reliance on water tankers, we try to ensure 24/7 water supply to our residents. However, despite our best efforts, once in a while, we do encounter unavoidable situations where we have to cut-off water supply.

Wi-Fi services at Sun Residency are offered by Spectra, a 3rd party service provider who offers managed wi-fi services for our residents, on a subscription basis.

Option 1: Self Cooking Kitchen (Free)
Residents can utilize the community kitchen to cook their own food. There are no additional charges for the same. However, residents are expected to procure their own groceries and supplies.
Option 2: Cook-On-Hire Service (~₹100/meal)
Alternatively, residents can opt for our cook-on-hire service. A cook comes from outside and uses our kitchen resources to cook fresh meals. Subscribers can personalize their own menu. Subscription is on monthly basis or meal basis.
Housekeeping services will be provided from Monday to Saturday only between 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM. Sundays and Public holidays are exempt for housekeeping. The scope of housekeeping shall be as follows:
BIKES
We have limited space available for covered bike parking. Parking slots are allotted on first-come, first-serve basis for own vehicles only. Residents are expected to park only in their allocated spot.
Residents who couldn't be allotted covered parking spots will be put on a waiting list. Until you are allotted a spot, you are expected to park your bike outside only.
Guest bikes and rental bikes aren't allowed to be parked inside. These may be parked outside the building on the road.
CAR PARKING
We do not have any provision for car parking.
Residents are free to invite and host their guests in the premises. However, residents are advised to seek prior approval of management before inviting their guest. Such admission of the guest/s shall be subject to permission from the other occupant of the same room, if any, in which the resident is residing.
A guest stay for a period of 6 hrs between 7:00 am to 11:00 pm on the same day is not chargeable. Any stay beyond 6 hrs shall be chargeable at below rates, as “Guest Charges”, for every 24 hrs of stay.
The accommodation of guest/s in a separate room is subject to availability of the rooms.
Should you face any issues in your room or in any of the common amenities in the building, please bring them to the attention of the management by raising a complaint in the app.
Please avoid raising complaints in person or over WhatsApp chats. Complaints raised through these modes tend to be forgotten and its difficult to track these complaints while they get buried among the numerous chats that ensue afterwards. However, the app manages these complaints smartly by sending reminders and notifying status, thereby giving good visibility to management.
The residential rental business is a monthly cyclical business where, typically, people move-in at the beginning of the month and move-out at the end of the month. For this reason, all our contracts are made only until the end of the month..
Residents are expected to vacate their rooms by 6:00 pm on the last day of the month. This ensures that we can get the room deep-cleaned and ready to check-in for the next tenant by the following morning.
Should your situation require you to stay beyond your contract for a few days, kindly contact management. Rooms can be allotted, subject to availability, on a Daily Rental Basis in such situations.
Kindly make sure to complete the following formalities before moving out.
We promise to refund your Security Deposit on your move-out date. Help us to do so by clearing all your dues before your move-out date.
