Guest Rules - Objective

1. To give residents the freedom to invite friends or family to visit them during their stay here.
2. To protect the right of other residents for peaceful enjoyment of the premises and its amenities in spite of the presence of guests in the premises.
3. To prevent the misuse of the premises and its amenities by guests.

With the above objectives, Sun Residency has a very fair guest policy.

1.  Residents are strictly mandated to host their guests, by using the Host a Guest feature in the RentOK app, by mentioning the check-in and check-out dates and time. Residents are advised to seek prior approval of management before inviting their guest. Such admission of the guest/s shall be subject to permission from the other occupant of the same room, if any,  in which the resident is residing. 
2. It shall be the responsibility of the resident to keep the management informed about any guests they host. A penalty charge of ₹1,500/guest/night shall be levied on the resident for hosting and admitting a guest without receiving prior approval from the management.
3. A guest can stay, without any additional charges, for a period of maximum 6 hrs between 7:00 am to 10:00 pm on the same day. Any stay beyond 6 hrs shall be chargeable at below rates, as “Guest Charges”, for every 24 hrs of stay.
4. Accommodation in the same room as the host: ₹500/guest
5. Accommodation in a separate room: ₹750/guest for Double Occupancy
6. Accommodation in a separate room: ₹1000/guest for Single Occupancy.
7. The accommodation of guest/s in a separate room is subject to availability of the rooms. 
8. The Guest Fee is only for accommodation of the guests and excludes the use of common amenities like Washing Machines, PS4 Gaming Zone, Community Kitchen, Parking etc
9. The host shall ensure that their guest/s shall not disturb other residents at any time during their visit/stay and be polite and courteous in their behaviour towards them.
10. The host shall be fully responsible for the actions of their guest/s. The host shall indemnify Urban Spaces for any of the consequences arising due to their guest/s, during their stay in the Premises.
11. Sun Residency has limited parking space which is allotted to its residents on a first come first serve basis. Parking of guest vehicles in the residents’ parking space is strictly prohibited. Guests are advised to park their vehicles, if any, on the street outside the building.
